Sessions are person-centred and tailored to the individual, providing space to explore thoughts, emotions, patterns, and possible underlying causes of difficulties.
This includes the use of practical tools and techniques that support positive change. Alongside additional resources, such as personalised performance recordings, suggested reading, or other supporting materials.
Sessions are available online via Zoom, with in-person appointments in Hindhead, Surrey.
Appointments last 60–90 minutes and are £75 per session or £200 for three sessions.
All sessions are confidential.

The Happy Athlete Project is an 8 stage Well-Being and Performance Workshop Programme designed to support sports teams, elite athletes and schools
Available both individually or bundled. These workshops are tailored to your specific focus:

Workshops can last from 30 - 60 minutes and are individually priced between £125-£150 with discounts applied for bundle purchases.
While providing techniques, recordings and further resources these workshops aims to provide a service that supports the whole person - not just the athlete.
