About me

Life can feel overwhelming - school or university pressure, performing in sport, dealing with changes or managing difficult emotions.

Many young people and athletes struggle with anxiety, low confidence, pressure, overthinking or feeling stuck. I’ve been there.

I provide a safe, supportive space where we can talk openly, figure out what’s going on and resolve any underlying causes while developing practical tools that actually work.

I work with teens, young adults and athletes to help them:

  • Reduce anxiety, worry and over-thinking.

  • Build confidence and self-belief.

  • Improve focus, motivation and resilience.

  • Navigate stress, injuries, big changes or everyday life.

  • Improve performance, mindset and well-being.
